It started in 2003 with a spark for graphic design — the kind that quietly takes over your brain and never really lets go. By 2006 she'd added web design to the mix, because apparently one creative obsession wasn't enough.

When Socially Awkward Media came to life in 2022, it didn't stay behind a screen for long. Theia took the brand into the community by organizing and hosting Small Business Saturday — a vendor event dedicated to spotlighting small and home-based businesses. For three years running, that event brought together 100+ vendors and real, enthusiastic community support. Because building up small businesses isn't just a service — it's something she genuinely believes in.
